To open a Basic Savings Account, you only need to bring one (1) valid ID or barangay clearance. The initial deposit required is P50. No maintaining balance required.

How to delete my account?

Process with the request to delete your account with GRBank, follow these steps:

  1. Settle any outstanding dues to GRBank prior to your request, we will not proceed with your
    account deletion if there are any outstanding dues in your GRBank account.
  2. Prepare a copy of Government –issued ID (i.e NBI Clearance, SSS ID, UMID, Driver’s License, etc.)
    or your Passport, if your full name is different from the document or ID submitted, you need to
    attach an extra document to confirm you identity such as your marriage certificate, change of
    name deed, or statutory declaration.
  3. Download and accomplish the Account Deletion Form.
  4. Present the Account Deletion Form to your GRBank branch of account.

The data collected will only be used to validate your identity and process your request for data/account
deletion. Once you completed the form and we’ve validated your identity, we will process the deletion
of your GRBank account.
